Mr. Barron is former Vice President Security Manager for Wells Fargo specializing in Technical Security. He currently provides project management, risk analysis, product analysis, and vendor management company wide. Responsibilities include the design and construction of electronic surveillance systems, alarms, smart cards, biometric, access controls and remote CCTV/DVR/NVR applications. He continues to create many of the product standards which are used to monitor the quality of vendor/product performance. Wells Fargo now has over 150,000 employees and 10,000 facilities world wide.
Mr. Barron is Chairman Emeritus of the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of the American Society for Industrial Security. He has received awards for his publications on security engineering. |

Stephen M. Cercone is the President and founder of Police Chief Consultants, LLC. Originally from Boston, Steve retired as the Chief of Police for the City of Seaside Police Department in California after a 29-year career, spanning three decades in two states. Steve has extensive experience in SWAT operations, major criminal investigations, surveillance and police technology. Prior to serving in Seaside, Steve served with the Bellevue Police Department in the Seattle area and the San Mateo Police Department in northern California.
Steve is a graduate of the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia and he holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco. He earned an Executive Certificate with the California P.O.S.T. Commission, the highest law enforcement certification in the State of California.
In addition to his consulting work promoting advancements in law enforcement technology, Steve sits on the advisory board of the International Institute of Criminal Justice Leadership at the University of San Francisco.

As vice president and chief information officer, Palm, Inc., Naresh has management responsibility for IT strategy and all of the company's IT assets. This includes all application development, data management, technology infrastructure, data-center operations and telecommunication networks worldwide.
Naresh has been in the information-technology business for 20 years supporting a wide range of industries, including high-technology manufacturing, semiconductor, medical, life sciences and software businesses. He has led and executed large-scale software implementations, mergers and acquisitions, outsourcing, and establishing offshore IT and manufacturing operations.
Prior to joining the company, Naresh was responsible for managing Agilent Technologies' internal enterprise business solutions organization, delivering customer-facing and supply-chain solutions worldwide, resulting in significant savings to the company. He also was instrumental in establishing offshore IT operations and outsourcing services in India.
Naresh started his career at Hewlett-Packard Company, Medical Products Group. He was responsible for delivering applications and infrastructure solutions and services worldwide, and integrating acquisitions into the business. He also was instrumental in establishing a joint venture manufacturing center in China.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree in computer science (BSCS) and master's in business administration (MBA) from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago. |
